Wellness Program

As a Shamrock Team Member, we care about you and your family! That is why we offer a voluntary wellness program to help you stay healthy and lead an active lifestyle.


Shamrock employees and their spouses are eligible to receive a discount on health insurance in 2017 - 2018 Enrollment year for participating in Shamrock Energy Solutions’ Wellness Program. In order to be eligible for a discount, participants must complete the following by April 30, 2017:

  1. Complete an online Personal Health Assessment (PHA)
  2. Complete an annual wellness visit
  3. Complete four of the eight additional activities listed below: 

            - Flu Shot
            - Company Challenges      
            - Online Workshops (maximum of two)       
            - One 5k Run/ Walk (TBD)
            - Volunteer 8 Hours
            - Dental Visit
            - Skin Cancer Screening


Employees will also be eligible for prizes throughout the 2016-2017 Enrollment year for participating in various wellness activities presented each month during our 2016-2017 wellness campaign.


Participation in the wellness program is strictly voluntary and will not have any impact on employment or Healthcare coverage. If you are unable to meet the requirements for these activities, please email benefits@go-shamrock.com. New hires will consult with Human Resources regarding eligibility for participation in the wellness program.

Join Shamrock in our 2018 Wellness 8-Week Weight-Loss Challenge – February 19 through April 13

Here’s how it works:

1. SIGN UP! - Send a check (made payable to Shamrock Energy Solutions) or cash in the amount of $25.00 to Benefits@go-shamrock.com, along with your name and proof of your starting weight (see below for details). Sign ups will run from today through February 16, 2018.

2. WEIGH-IN every Monday morning.

3. WINNER with biggest percentage of weight loss will receive ½ of total monies collected

4. GROUP INCENTIVE – if Shamrock meets a collective average goal of 10% weight loss, EVERY participant will receive a wellness-related prize purchased with the remaining monies collected


** This is the last challenge for the 2017-2018 Wellness Program. Don’t lose your chance to qualify for a discount on insurance next year!
